Please be noted that all bank fees will be charged to clients.
1. PAYMENT IN CASH
We accept payment in cash. So you can pay in VND or USD upon arrival date and before check in cruise.
2. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards.
+ 3% bank service fee will be charged for payment by Visa, Master card and JCB cards.
+ 4% bank service fee will be charged for American Express.
To make a payment by credit or debit card please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We require the following information: Card type (Visa or master only); Card holder name; Card number; SBJ (3 digit security code) and Expiry date.
3. PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANFER

4. PAYMENT VIA WESTERN UNION

And send us the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and PIN (if needed) after your sending money.
5. PAYMENT VIA ONEPAY SYSTEM
When you receive our proposal with quotation. In the email body, you will see a link, click on it you will be taken to the secure OnePay web site to make payment.
Please note that OnePay fees will be charged on your account. It means you must add OnePay fees when you pay us through this secure OnePay system. To reduce the complication for you, we will count this fees and add when asking for your Deposit on OnePay.
Note: When either OnePay or Far East Tour has reason to believe that the payment you made is fraudulent, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment.

6. FOR DEPOSIT
Once you have chosen your preferred cruise, we require a 30% deposit in order to secure your reservation.
7. FOR THE BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The balance should be paid before the departure date.
Failure to do so many result in your reservation being cancelled and there may be a penalty/administrative charge.
Reservations made 1 day before departure should be paid for at the time of reservation and are subject to availability.
8. FOR CONFIRMATION
Once your deposit is received we will send you the official booking confirmation by email or by fax along with the relevant cruise information.
