Amira Cruises Privacy policy relates only to the information obtained through our website, emails or other correspondence with our team.
The Data Protection Act: We comply with the Data Protection Act of 2016.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Amira Cruises respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. So All information you provide is used just by Amira Cruises team for reservation purposes only. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we will collect, use and safeguard any personal information you provide. We will collect and use information only in the ways disclosed in this statement. We need this information to ensure the cruise you choose meets your needs. If your details change or if you think we have incorrect information please advise us immediately.

2. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and there are procedures in place to safeguard your personal information in accordance with provisions of Data Protection legislation.

3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions of your reservation come into effect once your deposit is paid. The contract you enter into will be between yourself and Amira cruises.

4. CONFIRMATION
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY
+ Cancellation by you
Any cancellation should be referred to Amira Cruises office in writing by email (sales@amiracruises.com), following these below terms.
For FIT booking:
– More than 7 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge.
– From 7 to 2 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
– Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
For GIT booking:
– More than 30 days prior to check-in: No cancellation charge.
– From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 30% of total rates.
– From 14 to 5 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates.
– Less than 48 hours prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
No-Show: 100% of total rates.
+ Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking under some unavoidable circumstances like: weather conditions, wars, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorism, or notice from the Local Authority.
If we cancel your booking, you can either get a refund or accept an alternative from us of equivalent or similar standard and price, if one is available, and we will always refund the difference in price if the alternative is of a lower standard and price.

6. CHILDREN POLICY
+ Sharing policy:
– Child under 6 years old sharing cabin with parent: free of charge (F.O.C).
– Child from 6 to 10 years old, add extra bed/mattress: will be charged 75% for one guest of double room rate.
– Child over 10 years old: price as in adult.
+ Charter policy:
– Child under 6 years: free of charge (F.O.C).
– Child from 6 to 10 years old: with be charged 75% of adult price.
– Child over 10 years old: price as in adult.

7. PASSENGERS’ INFORMATION
Client is requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of passengers (Full name, Date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date, Contact number). Upon check-in on board, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID.

8. OTHERS
Amira cruises provides shuttle bus services (from Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi) with an extra charge. Please contact us to arrange or ask for more info of the pick up service.
If you have any special requirements on food (e.g. vegetarian, diet, allergic…), please inform us before departure.
Cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions.
